Your use of carraway Seed determines a lot in this recipe.  Throwing some rye seeds on the loaf when you put it in the oven will give it a great look when it's all done. This bread recipe is very similar to sliced white bread.  It is helpful to use a bread machine on this one but can be prepared just fine in a bread pan in the oven, just make sure your yeast bubbles up and is nice and active.
